<p>Anxiety can be triggered by many factors. Here are just some of the common causes for anxiety:</p>

Scientifically, some experts believe that anxiety indicates an imbalance between neurotransmitters norepinephrine (the adrenaline rush which is part of our bodys natural &#8220;fight or flight&#8221; response) and serotonin (the &#8220;calm-down&#8221; messenger that signals the crisis is over). Based on the theory, if the body produces too much norepinephrine and too little serotonin, you experience anxiety or panic attacks because the &#8220;Off&#8221; switch is stuck in the &#8220;On&#8221; position.</p>
<p>2. Lack of neurological balance is one of the common causes for anxiety.
