			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">When I finally found a good cognitive therapist, the book he recommended that I read was called Feeling Good, by Dr. David Burns.  It has since then been updated, and I see that Dr. Burns now has a book that focuses on solely on panic attacks.  It&#8217;s called, When Panic Attacks.  There are other books available that may be worth taking a look at.  I would suggest that you first try your local library to see if they have the titles.  That way it doesn&#8217;t cost you anything if the book isn&#8217;t what you expected.  However, if you do end up having to buy any, Amazon has both new and used copies.   You can check out the titles below.</p>
