Wednesday, April 22nd, 2009When I finally found a good cognitive therapist, the book he recommended that I read was called Feeling Good, by Dr. David Burns. It has since then been updated, and I see that Dr. Burns now has a book that focuses on solely on panic attacks. It’s called, When Panic Attacks. There are other books available that may be worth taking a look at. I would suggest that you first try your local library to see if they have the titles. That way it doesn’t cost you anything if the book isn’t what you expected. However, if you do end up having to buy any, Amazon has both new and used copies. You can check out the titles below.
